Salida en btt por el parque natural de Sant LLorenç de Munt y la Sierra de l´Obac (Terrassa)

No madrugué mucho ,salí con mi hijo Alex a las 11 am hacia un sol radiante y muy buena temperatura para la fecha que estamos, encontramos muchos ciclistas, subimos por la pineda hasta la casa del Obac allí entramos dentro del parque nacional de Sant llorenç de Munt y la sierra del Obac,al llegar a lo mas alto a nuestra izquierda se veía la mola montaña con un monasterio arriba y a nuestra derecha se veía el monasterio de la montaña de Montserrat,tardamos una hora y cincuenta minutos el subir y treinta minutos en bajar,la bajada fue espectacular combinando caminos anchos y senderos muy técnicos que bajamos con mucha destreza y maxima velocidad en lo posible.
Km30  velocidad maxima 40 media 12,7 tiempo 2 horas 22 minutos.
